Due to our continued success and growth we are recruiting a Senior Technician / Service Manager to join our friendly team.

We are looking for candidates based in the Ipswich area or willing to relocate.

This is a dynamic role and involves delivering support and advice to our customers and technicians.

You will be the first point of contact for customers requiring urgent support and will need to be experienced at problem solving complex situations, whilst also offering first class customer service.

The role will be split between office and field duties.

Key duties include;

• Troubleshoot problematic customer sites, identify route cause of pest issues and provide a treatment program to resolve the issue.
• Provide comprehensive reports around undertaking and completion of treatments.
• Directly manage all aspects of a treatment program to include all internal team members, liaison with subcontractors and clients' on-site employees.
• Support and advise other employees on how to run a treatment program.
• Monitor and provide feedback to Manager on the quality of work.
• Involvement with in-house staff training programs.

We are looking for;

• Higher level industry training beyond RSPH Level 2.
• Minimum of 3 years pest control experience.
• Detailed report writing skills.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage own workload.
• Smart appearance, well-mannered and confident to deal with clients at all levels.
• Good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
• 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

• Pest Control Industry: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• RSPH Level 2 Pest Management qualification (required)
• qualification beyond RSPH Level 2 Pest Management (preferred)
