Pest Control Technician (experienced)
Location: Slough, Reading, Windsor area

£31,000–£33,000 (negotiable based on experience) Plus bonus commission and overtime

Role Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced and Qualified Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role covers areas west of London, including Slough, Reading, and Maidenhead. The ideal candidate will hold an RSPH Level 2 or Level 3 in Pest Management and live within a reasonable commuting distance to the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional pest control services to residential and commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing expert advice on pest management solutions.
• Conduct inspections, identify pest infestations, and implement effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, treatments, and recommendations.
• Work independently and use initiative to resolve pest control challenges.
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and convert leads for additional commission.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: RSPH Level 2 or Level 3 in Pest Management (essential).
• Experience: Proven experience in pest control with a strong understanding of pest management techniques and regulations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and outgoing personality.
• Physical Fitness: Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
• Team Player: Motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
• Driving Licence: Current, clean UK driving licence.
• DBS Clearance: Able to complete satisfactory security checks due to sensitive customer requirements.
