Graduate Trainee - Pest Solutions (Newcastle Upon-Tyne / North East)
Location - Newcastle Upon-Tyne / North East
£27,500 - £36,500 OTE
You will move through the following qualifications and bindings in the 3-year Pest Solutions Graduate Scheme:
- 1. Trainee Graduate Service Technician = £25,000 basic + bonus & incentives before commission & overtime (First 6 months)
- 2. Graduate Service Technician (RSPH Level 2 Qualified ) = £26,000 basic + bonus & incentives before commission & overtime (target = 6 months).
- 3. Graduate Advanced Service Technician (BPCA Certificated Advanced Technician) = £27,000 basic + bonus & incentives before commission & overtime (target = 18-24 months).
- 4. Graduate Field Biologist (BPCA Certificated Field Biologist) = £29,000 -£34,000 basic + bonus & incentives before commison & overtime (target = 30-36 months).
Company Vehicle, Fuel Card (meaning no travel costs!), bonus, sales/lead commission, optional overtime, mobile phone. Significant training & personal development investment. Excellent career prospects.

Requirements:
