Job Opportunity at Pestokill: Experienced Credit Controllers Required

Role Summary:

We are currently looking to enhance our Collections Team by adding experienced Credit Controllers. These positions are crucial for maintaining the financial health of our organisation by managing overdue payments, reducing debtor days, and improving cash flow.

Credit Controllers:

Key Responsibilities - Credit Controllers:

• Manage collections from assigned customer accounts.
• Encourage Direct Debit setups and handle payment processing.
• Escalate unresolved accounts to the Escalation Lead and manage financial communications with clients.
• Address client queries promptly and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
• Maintain accurate records using Sage software and achieve set KPIs.
• Take ownership of your assigned accounts to keep payment days to an absolute minimum.

Required Skills and Experience – Credit Controllers:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept in both face-to-face and telephone interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proven ability to address challenges confidently and calmly.
• At least 18 months of recent experience in credit control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and possesses strong numerical skills.

Job Details:

• Based in our office in Leigh
• Options for full-time or part-time employment.
• Core working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (finishing at 4:30 PM on Fridays).
• No weekend work required.
