Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Overtime + Commission

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced Pest Control Technician to join our expanding team.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality pest control services while building strong relationships with customers across commercial, agricultural, and domestic sectors. The Role

  • Carry out pest control inspections and treatments across a varied client portfolio
  • Identify infestations and implement effective control solutions
  • Deliver both reactive treatments and planned pest prevention programmes
  • Provide expert advice and build strong customer relationships
  • Complete digital reports and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in the on-call rota and overtime when required

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management 5/6 Years +
  • Full, clean UK driving licence

You’ll Also Need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A professional, reliable, and well-presented approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness and willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varied environments
  • Ability to pass enhanced DBS/security clearance
