  • At least three years’ field experience carrying out a variety of bird proofing installations.
  • IPAF certification covering MEWP categories 3a and 3b.
  • PASMA training for mobile scaffold towers.
  • IRATA (Rope Access) desirable but training will be given to the right applicant.
  • Working at height training, including harness use and work positioning.
  • An RSPH qualification in Pest Control Management.
  • Confidence working at height, in confined spaces and outdoors.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of completed work.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, professional approach to teamwork.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the role.
  • A valid driving licence suitable for the company vehicle, with willingness to drive a larger van when required.

Experience in the safe use of air rifles is welcomed; training can be provided where necessary.
