We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations at our busy warehouse facility. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of cleaners and ensure all duties are carried out to a high standard
• Organise shift schedules, timesheets and delegate tasks effectively
• Conduct regular inspections and site audits to maintain and improve cleaning standards
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and stocked
• Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing support to the team
• Liaise with management regarding any issues or improvements
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role (warehouse environment desirable)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good communication and team management abilities
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• A flexible and proactive approach to work
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
