40 hours per week | 5 days a week / 28 days holiday per year / Subsidised on-site rental accommodation available

This isn't just another kennel job.

We're looking for an experienced, compassionate Kennel Supervisor to help lead our dedicated team across our animal rescue and 5-star boarding kennels. If you're passionate about animal welfare, enjoy leading by example, and want to make a genuine difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Animal Welfare/Animal Management
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a kennel environment
  • Previous team leader or management experience
  • A genuine passion for animal rescue and rehabilitation
  • Exceptional standards of animal care and welfare
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A positive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a busy environment

Your role will include:

  • Lead, train and mentor kennel staff to deliver high standards of animal care and customer service
  • Maintaining exceptional welfare standards across both rescue and boarding kennels
  • Overseeing the daily care, health and wellbeing of all animals
  • Ensuring our 5-star boarding standards are consistently achieved
  • Creating a safe, clean and enriching environment for every animal in our care
