When you join, you’ll have a starting salary of £40,000 per year, plus a £7,200 signing bonus (subject to terms).

What you’ll learn

Develop core consulting skills including foundational knowledge and application of AI through completion of our award-winning Analyst "Runway" training programme, giving you the confidence and capabilities to succeed as your career evolves.
Exposure to engineering tools, digital platforms, and emerging tech.
Specialised development in areas such as product design, sourcing and procurement, planning and fulfilment, asset management, capital projects, connected manufacturing and operations.

What you’ll need:

To be eligible for this programme, you’ll need to have obtained (or be on track to obtain) a bachelor’s degree by your start date. We welcome applications for this programme from:

Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing and Design.
Other STEM and procurement / supply chain related degrees with a clear interest in engineering, operations, supply chain, logistics or manufacturing.

Graduates who tend to excel on this programme:

Have experience or passion for operations, engineering, supply chain or digital transformation.
Can analyse data and solve problems creatively and logically.
Communicate clearly and enjoy working collaboratively.

Accenture values collaboration, bringing people together at least three times a week at client sites or one of our UK offices. You will be required to be in your assigned office for a minimum of three days per week and must live within commuting distance to make this possible. Project work may also take you to client sites across the UK, sometimes more than three days a week, depending on business needs.

Your development path

Throughout your graduate programme and beyond, you’ll be supported with training, career coaching and guidance to help you progress in your career. In your first 12 months, you’ll work on a variety of client projects to explore the full breadth of what we do, helping you discover where your strengths and interests lie.

Once you’ve found your passion, you’ll align to a specialised area of Supply Chain and Engineering - such as Engineering and R&D; Sourcing and Procurement; Planning, Fulfilment and Service Management; Manufacturing and Operations; Infrastructure and Capital Projects; and End-to-End Value Chain.

To bring this to life, here are some examples from recent Digital Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Graduates:

Stutya is working as a Change Practitioner for a resources company, facilitating workshops to define how they’ll measure success in their digital transformation.
Becca is now contributing to account management and the capabilities workstream strategy for a global aerospace and defence company.
Otis is now designing, building and managing the delivery of low-code shop-floor apps for a leading food, biotech and pharma client.

Key Dates:

We don’t post application deadlines as we will close the application window once we receive enough applications, so apply promptly to avoid disappointment.

Interviews typically begin in October and run through to the New Year. Due to high volume of applications, this may take some time, but you will receive regular updates on your application status.
Start dates available from September 2027 through to August 2028 and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
