· Building and maintaining reports for QOF, PCN DES, enhanced services, audits, and quality improvement projects

· Maintaining high standards of data quality, coding accuracy, and SNOMED usage

· Providing system support, training, and onboarding for clinical and administrative staff

· Supporting digital improvement projects and rollout of new system features

· Supporting the submission of service claims and activity data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with clinical system data.

· Ensuring systems are used in line with Information Governance, GDPR, and DSP Toolkit requirements

What we’re looking for:

· Experience configuring system templates, reports, and user access

· Confidence supporting clinical and administrative users with system queries and workflows

· Understanding of data quality, coding, and reporting requirements in primary care

· Ability to work independently across multiple sites and manage competing priorities

· Clear communication skills and a solutions‑focused approach

Desirable:

· Experience working in a PCN or multi‑site GP practice

· Experience with third party digital tools such: AccuRx, online consultation platforms, dictation software, AVT

· Involvement in digital transformation or system improvement projects

· Understanding of Information Governance and DSP Toolkit requirements

What we offer:

· Generous annual leave entitlement

· NHS Pension Scheme

· A paid day off for your birthday

· A supportive, patient‑focused and forward‑thinking working environment

· The opportunity to support and shape digital systems across a large GP organisation
