Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Blackthorn Pharmacy. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of medications and healthcare products to our customers in the local area. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring that our clients receive their prescriptions promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a delivery van to transport medications and supplies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to various locations as scheduled.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff and customers regarding delivery details.
  • Assist in loading and unloading products, ensuring proper handling during transport.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy packages as required for deliveries.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus.
