Overview

Duties

  • Review and interpret physician prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for individual patients

Experience

  • Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a clinical setting, preferably with ICU experience or similar high-acuity environments
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and pharmacology principles relevant to medication therapy management
  • Hands-on experience with medication administration protocols and patient care procedures
  • Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating effectively with healthcare teams
  • Ability to analyze complex medical information quickly and accurately in fast-paced situations
