We are looking for an experienced, confident and customer-focused Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our growing independent pharmacy in Worthing.

This is not just a counter role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous pharmacy counter experience (essential)
  • Strong OTC knowledge and confidence giving advice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Warm, friendly and professional manner
  • Proactive attitude – you notice things and fix them
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality OTC advice to patients
  • Supporting customers with product recommendations
  • Maintaining excellent shop floor standards
  • Stock control, ordering and replenishment
  • Ensuring shelves are fully stocked and well presented
  • Supporting the promotion of private services
  • Creating a welcoming environment for patients
