Pharmacy Delivery jobs in Altrincham

We are looking for a motivated candidate to work with our pharmacy team on a part time basis (2 days per week, no weekends or evenings). The candidate will join our successful and dynamic team working with the private non NHS side of our business.

Duties:

• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist.
• Ensure that all prescriptions are accurately filled, labelled, and packaged according to established protocols.
• Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that all supplies and medications are stored correctly and efficiently.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating patient records, managing inventory levels, processing orders, booking deliveries and general office admin tasks.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to provide information regarding medications and services.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

• is able to provide occasional holiday cover for existing staff, so have the flexibility to work other week days and school holidays if required

Training will be provided but IT confidence and computer literacy is essential. Driving license and own vehicle required.

Hours - 9am-5.00pm Tuesdays and Fridays. Possibility of a third day (day of the week flexible)

Salary for all positions is dependent on experience.

Initial temporary contract available to extension for the right candidate.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 14.0 per week
