About the role

Working remotely with our in-house team, you’ll help create and refine imagery for our website, social channels and wider marketing activity.

Projects will include:

• Retouching interiors and product photography, including colour correction, lighting adjustments, clean-up and detailed finishing.
• Using AI tools to create, adapt and enhance imagery in response to creative briefs.
• Editing room settings, surfaces, backgrounds and styling details while maintaining a convincing, natural result.
• Preserving the accuracy of tile colours, textures, proportions and laying patterns.
• Preparing imagery in suitable formats and crops for digital and print use.
• Responding to feedback and delivering consistent work to agreed deadlines.

About you

• A strong portfolio of professional image retouching, ideally including interiors, architecture, homeware or product photography.
• Demonstrable experience using AI image creation and editing tools within a professional creative workflow.
• Excellent Photoshop skills and a confident understanding of colour, light, perspective, scale and texture.
• The ability to combine AI-generated elements with careful retouching to produce polished, believable imagery.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an understanding of why accurate material representation matters.
• Clear communication, reliability and the ability to work independently while collaborating with our team.

Working hours

This is a remote freelance opportunity, with projects and timelines agreed with our creative and marketing team.
