The Role.

We’re looking for someone creative, curious, and eager to learn. You’ll be working closely with the founder of the business and the marketing team and your main role will be to film and edit content for various channels, with a focus on building the founder’s personal brand alongside the company’s. The goal is to show the people behind the company, what goes into building an intenrational brand and capture the stories created along the way. We won't be a faceless corporation, we are building a brand with personality, character, and a clear voice. You’ll help us do that through consistent, thoughtful content and creative ideas. This is a hands-on role in a startup environment where things move fast and you’ll be close to the action every day. Full training will be provided, including paid external courses, so if you’re motivated and willing to grow, we’ll support you all the way.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Planning, filming, editing, and producing video content
  • Create engaging content tailored for various channels
  • Obsess over social media strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • Helping plan and schedule content calendars across platforms
  • Supporting the founder with personal brand content and storytelling
  • Posting across channels and writing creative, on-brand content

  • Supporting shoots and turning raw footage into engaging content
  • Assisting the marketing team with wider campaigns and creative projects

Who You Are.

  • Creative and resourceful
  • Happy working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Open-minded, curious, and excited to grow with a scale-up brand
  • AI enthusiast and open to experimenting with new tools
  • Relevant qualifications are important. But we would still love to hear from you even if you are just equipped with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

What’s in it for you.

  • £27,000 per year starting salary with a lot of progress opportunities as the company expands rapidly
  • Full-time role, with hybrid options after training
  • Full training and development, including paid external courses
  • Work closely with the founder and be part of building the company and personal brands
  • Be part of a small, ambitious team that stays ahead by using the latest AI tools.
  • Exciting expansion plans, including a London HQ and a USA base
  • Huge scope for learning and growth.
  • Free DropTop and employee discounts on our products
  • MacBook Pro & iPhone Pro

Sound like you?

We’d love to see some effort put into the application, not just an AI generated TL:DR CV and cover letter.

A short cover letter explaining why you would be a great candidate, previous projects and content you have created would go a long way. A short piece to camera video, telling us who you are, will take you straight to the shortlist.
