About Us: Cavani is a leading menswear brand in the UK, renowned for delivering premium tailoring, formalwear, and contemporary fashion to customers across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. With a growing presence across the UK and international markets, we are committed to creating inspiring collections and engaging content that reflects the quality and ambition of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise and execute studio and location-based photoshoots.
  • Capture high-quality campaign, editorial, lifestyle, product and social media photography.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and visual direction for seasonal campaigns and collections.
  • Lead photography shoots and confidently direct models, stylists and supporting crew to achieve the desired creative outcome.
  • Manage lighting setups, camera equipment and studio workflows to ensure consistently high standards.
  • Retouch, edit and optimise imagery for use across e-commerce, marketing, social media, wholesale and print channels.
  • Ensure all visual assets align with Cavani's brand identity and creative direction.
  • Maintain and organise digital asset libraries and photography archives.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to support content calendars, campaign launches and product releases.
  • Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts that enhance brand storytelling and customer engagement.
  • Stay up to date with photography trends, fashion industry developments and emerging content formats.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' professional photography experience, ideally within fashion, retail, e-commerce or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing commercial fashion photography, campaign work and product imagery.
  • Advanced understanding of camera systems, lighting techniques and studio operations.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Excellent retouching and image editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of composition, colour, styling and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider creative team.

Desirable

  • Experience working with menswear or fashion brands.
  • Experience shooting content for e-commerce and paid social campaigns.
  • Knowledge of videography and short-form content creation.
  • Experience directing talent and coordinating creative shoots.
  • Understanding of content performance across digital and social platforms.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
