Full job description

Photobooth Operator — Part Time
Full Frame Events | Based Hemel Hempstead

Full Frame Events runs premium photobooth and creative photo/video experiences at high-profile events across London and beyond — film premieres, sporting events, concerts, large exhibitions and brand activations for major entertainment and media names. Our equipment is stored in Hemel Hempstead, so we're looking for a reliable operator based nearby who can collect kit and get it to wherever it's needed.

What you'll be doing

  • Collecting the photobooth kit from our Hemel Hempstead base and transporting it to events in London and further afield
  • Setting up and packing down the booth on site
  • Running the booth smoothly throughout the event — troubleshooting on the fly if anything plays up
  • Being the friendly face guests interact with — confident chatting to guests and keeping the energy up
  • Managing props, backdrops and prints so everything looks sharp all night
  • Returning kit to Hemel Hempstead afterwards and flagging any issues

What we're looking for

  • Full, valid driving licence — essential
  • Own vehicle helpful (we can also provide a van for bigger jobs)
  • Punctual and dependable — we need people we can count on for last-minute or booked-ahead gigs
  • Comfortable with tech (cameras, tablets, basic troubleshooting) — no need to be an engineer, just not scared of a USB cable
  • Good people skills — outgoing, approachable, able to put guests at ease
  • Able to lift and carry equipment, and stand for most of a shift
  • Previous events, hospitality or photography experience a bonus but not essential — full training given

The details

  • Pay: £20–£30 per hour, depending on experience — paid from the moment you collect the booth until it's returned to Hemel Hempstead
  • Hours: Mostly evenings and weekends — flexible, ad hoc shifts
  • Based: Hemel Hempstead, with travel to events across London and beyond

Sound like you? Get in touch with a bit about yourself and any relevant experience.

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24.0 per week

Work Location: On the road
