Salary: Fixed term contract 12 months

Ignite your career in live events! As a Junior AV Technician, you'll be at the heart of
ensuring our events run flawlessly. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a strong
interest in video, sound, and lighting, eager to learn and develop practical skills.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (YOUR JOURNEY STARTS HERE):
· Assist with the maintenance, preparation, checking in/out, and dispatch of a wide range of audio-visual equipment.
· Help keep our high-tech gear organised, clean, and ready for action, including loading and unloading.
· Work alongside experienced technicians and riggers, providing vital technical assistance at live event locations.
· Help maintain our equipment inventory, ensuring everything is tracked accurately.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE;
· A strong interest in video, sound, and lighting is a must!
· Eager to learn, develop practical skills, and embrace a hands-on approach.
· Excited about technical production in the live events industry.
· Positive, reliable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
· Communicative, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative.
· Impeccable time management and a willingness to work outside normal hours, including across the UK and internationally.
· While not essential, a full clean driving license is highly desirable
