Reporting to: Southern Service Manager

Purpose of the role

Managed Technology is proud to be one of the UK’s fastest growing office technology providers. We are a nationwide supplier with our Head Office located in Maidstone, and six regional branches – with two more opening in 2023. Due to continued expansion and growth within the managed print sector, we are looking for a dynamic and skilled Field Service Engineer with a minimum of three years of experience to join our rapidly expanding team covering the Kent/Surrey area. Although you will work predominantly on Konica Minolta and Ricoh multifunctional devices, our expanding portfolio does mean that there will be scope for growth.

Requirements

  • Konica Minolta / Ricoh experience preferable but not essential
  • Network connectivity experience essential
  • Exposure to PaperCut or any follow-me print and cost recovery solutions advantageous
  • Punctual, have a can-do attitude and a team player with the initiative to be able to work on their own
  • A clean driving licence is preferred (a maximum of 3 points would be acceptable)
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to manage workload
  • Able to manage car stock levels

Work Pattern and Remuneration

Please note that this is a full-time position, and we are unable to consider applicants seeking part-time opportunities.

Salary: £33,000 – £37,000 per year
