Full job description

Luxury Fashion Showroom & Operations Assistant

Full-time | Monday–Friday | Chelsea, London
£13–£14 per hour + performance bonus

Do you love fashion? Are you incredibly organised, hardworking and someone who notices the details that other people miss?

Reloved Again is a growing luxury preloved fashion business based in Chelsea, and we are looking for an exceptional all-rounder to join our small, friendly and fast-paced team.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who loves luxury fashion but is equally happy organising stock, helping customers, packing orders beautifully, checking deliveries, pricing new pieces and making sure the showroom is immaculate.

Attention to detail is absolutely essential for this role.

We are looking for someone who takes real pride in their work, is naturally organised, has plenty of energy and doesn't need to be asked twice. You will be joining a small team, so reliability, trust, initiative and a strong work ethic are extremely important.

The Role

No two days are exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and managing walk-in customers and drop-in appointments in our Chelsea showroom
  • Managing Click & Collect orders and ensuring customers receive an excellent experience
  • Keeping the showroom beautifully presented, organised and tidy at all times
  • Checking that stock and pricing are accurate and up to date
  • Removing sold items promptly from the showroom
  • Carefully packing sold orders and preparing them for delivery or collection
  • Keeping track of packaging materials and ordering supplies before they run out
  • Checking high-value orders and deliveries and dealing with delivery queries
  • Logging and managing customer returns accurately
  • Identifying older stock, removing it from the website where required and organising its return
  • Receiving and logging new stock
  • Pricing new items accurately
  • Printing tags and preparing new pieces for display
  • Helping wherever needed to keep the showroom and day-to-day operation running smoothly

Who We're Looking For

You will be a great fit if you are:

  • Extremely organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Hardworking, proactive and happy to get stuck in
  • A genuine all-rounder who enjoys variety
  • Passionate about fashion, particularly luxury and preloved fashion
  • Friendly, confident and comfortable dealing with customers
  • Energetic and positive with an outgoing personality
  • Able to multitask and prioritise when things get busy
  • Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
  • Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Comfortable working as part of a small team
  • A strong written and verbal communicator

Knowledge of luxury fashion and previous retail, fashion, e-commerce, showroom or stock-management experience would be a strong advantage.

Why Join Reloved Again?

This is an exciting opportunity to become an important part of a young and growing business in the luxury preloved fashion sector.

You will work in a beautiful Chelsea environment, gain experience across many different areas of the business and have the opportunity to make the role your own as the company grows.

We are looking for someone who wants more than simply "a retail job" — we want someone who will care about the business, take pride in getting things right and become a trusted member of our team.
