Full job description

We're a premium men's jewellery brand that has just launched on TikTok Shop UK. We're looking for an experienced, proactive TikTok Shop manager to take full ownership of the affiliate programme, creator outreach, shop optimisation, and ad management.

This is not a part time role. We need someone who's fully in AND has energy/excitement for the brand. We want someone who’s as excited as we are to grow!

What you'll own

  • Affiliate programme management - Recruiting, onboarding, and managing creators daily
  • Targeted and open collaboration outreach - Minimum 200 creator invites per day
  • GMV Max ad setup and ongoing optimisation
  • Listing optimisation and conversion improvement
  • Daily updates to the founder every evening - no exceptions
  • Weekly performance reports every Friday

What we need from you

  • UK based, fluent English speaker
  • Sole freelancer - No agencies
  • Proven TikTok Shop UK results you can verify with dashboard screenshots
  • Someone who treats this brand like their own business
  • Fast communication - Same day replies on Slack always
  • Proven experience doing this before
  • Available to start immediately
