Location: Buntingford (SG8) – On-site at our Academy
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Videographer / Editor to join our growing in-house team at our training academy in Buntingford (SG9).

If you have a passion for storytelling through video and photography, can edit to a professional standard, and enjoy creating engaging marketing content, this could be the perfect role for you.

You must have Videography and editing experience & do it on the daily basis. We use Mac, Dji, Cannon Equipment.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for producing a wide range of video and photo content for our academy and brand, including:

  • Long-form educational videos
  • Short-form social media content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
  • Product and lifestyle photography
  • Marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Creative content ideas to support brand growth

Responsibilities

Video Production

  • Plan, film and produce high-quality video content for Academy modules and training
  • content.
  • Produce engaging content for social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Manage lighting, audio, framing and overall production quality.
  • Organise and maintain filming equipment and studio setups.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit video content to a professional standard using industry software.
  • Add graphics, captions, music, animation and branding elements.
  • Optimise content format for different platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.

Content Development & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Social Media team to generate creative content ideas.
  • Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets.
  • Support concept development for ads and promotional campaigns.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Review engagement data to identify high-performing content.
  • Adapt creative approach based on performance insights.
  • Stay up to date with social media and video trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a videographer / content creator (please provide portfolio or examples)
  • Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
  • Confident using Canva for design and social media graphics
  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently
  • Must be based locally or able to commute to Buntingford (SG8) daily
