Full job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a receptionist to join our team at Fisher's Hotel. Pitlochry's largest 4* hotel based in the centre of town

This is a full time position with various shift patterns so flexibility to work evening and weekends is a must.

The role:

-Provide efficient and friendly check in and check out service

-Answer phone calls and assist with any enquires

-Provide hotel and local information to guests

-Complete end of shift procedures

-Cash handling

-Taking and inputting guest reservations

The Person:

Previous experience in a similar role is peferred but not essential as full training will be provided

-Strong customer service skills with a good level of spoken and written english is essential as is a friendly and out going personality.

Accomodation is available to the right candidate .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
