Job Specification

Fourwalls is a creative marketing agency working across people, places and spaces. This role sits at the heart of how these spaces are captured, understood and experienced.

Job Purpose

You will visit a range of high-end properties to capture photography and videography that presets each space clearly and thoughtfully. It’s not just about how something looks, but how it feels and how it is understood.

Alongside this, you’ll measure and sketch properties to produce accurate floor plans, and you’ll be supported in qualifying as a Domestic Energy Assessor.

This role is based in Oxford and requires regular travel throughout the region. Applicants should be within reasonable commuting distance or willing to relocate

Main Responsibilities

· Visit properties to capture photography, videography and produce a floor plan sketch in line with the Fourwalls standards and guidelines.

· Working closely with estate agents and vendors to ensure briefs are covered and spaces captured as accurately and creatively as possible

· Upload marketing materials to our portal on the same day as each visit, along with EPCs where possible

· Produce Energy Performance Certificates as required.

Skills and Attributes Needed

· A strong customer focus and a professional, approachable way of working

· Photography skills with a good eye for detail, composition and how spaces are captured

· An interest in how environments are presented and experienced

· Ability to produce accurate floor plan sketches (training provided)

· Well organised; with the ability to manage time and work to deadlines

· Clear, confident communication skills

· Full UK driving licence

Other

Reports to Darren Tunaley (Regional Photography Manager) in all of the above.

We are a collaborative team, so flexibility and a willingness to support others is important.

Location: Remote / working from home with occasional office visits

Hours: Full time - Due to seasonal demand, working patterns vary throughout the year. During the summer period, the role typically operates Monday to Saturday. During the winter months, the role reduces to a 4-day working week. Salary remains consistent throughout the year.
