At BEAUTYPRO® we are not just an a multi-award winning, plant based skin care brand. We have been building our skincare brand, and bringing new innovative brands to market since 2010. Our mission is to help our community to achieve their skincare goals in a way that has the maximum impact on the skin and a minimal impact on the planet. All the while, adding a little luxury to your daily routine.

Now we are looking for a new permanent role: for a talented and versatile Photographer / Videographer to join our collaborative, friendly team and to bring our beauty brands to life through stunning in-house visual content. This is a hands-on creative role spanning campaign shoots, social content, and video production — with real ownership over the look and feel of what we put out.

The Role

In summary:

- In-House Content Creation, creating and utilising an in house studio to shoot and produce high quality photo and video content for multi channel use.

- Campaign Conceptualisation, collaborating with colleagues to develop creative concepts for campaigns and hero content.

- Shoot Management and Trend Awareness.

- Video Storyboarding & Shooting, plus Video Podcast Production.

- Prop & Asset Sourcing, Budget Management, and Model Management.

What are we looking for in you?

– An established career record of professional photography and videography experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating both stills and video work across social and campaign content

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent)

- Other directly relevant professional experience of managing shoots independently, including logistics, talent, on-set direction, together with the proven ability to manage budgets and source props/assets within cost parameters.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a permanent role based at our Head Office in Framfield, East Sussex during usual office hours Monday to Friday.
