Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview

Furniture Clinic is looking for a talented and organised In-House Photographer / Videographer to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for our diverse portfolio of cleaning and restoration brands. From high-quality product imagery optimised for e-commerce to engaging "How-To" educational videos, your work will directly drive our Amazon, website, and social media channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a solid understanding of brand guidelines, and the workflow discipline to manage assets seamlessly from the studio floor to our live digital listings.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Videography & Content Creation

  • Educational Content: Plan, shoot, and edit clear, engaging "How-To" instructional videos demonstrating new and core products.
  • E-Commerce Short-Form: Produce short-form video content tailored specifically for Amazon Storefronts, Amazon Shorts, and Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Post-Production: Source relevant background music and audio tracks using Epidemic Sound, aligning choices with individual brand identity.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the Brand Team (Brand Manager and Brand Leads) to brainstorm, storyboard, and plan upcoming video shoots.

Photography & E-Commerce Optimisation

  • Process Photography: Capture crisp "in-action" shots of each stage of the product application process to support our educational blogs and infographics.
  • Product Photography: Execute high-quality studio product shots specifically optimised to meet the strict guidelines of Amazon and our e-commerce websites.
  • Asset Management: Deliver both raw and expertly edited photographs based on the requirements of the marketing and creative teams.

Digital Asset & Platform Management

  • Distribution: Upload finished videos and optimised product imagery to our designated websites, YouTube channels, and shared company drives.
  • Studio Communication: Maintain a structured workflow by notifying the relevant team members immediately when new creative assets are finalised and uploaded.

Studio & Workspace Maintenance

  • Keep the internal production studio exceptionally clean, organised, and safe in between shoots, ensuring all equipment, props, and lighting gear are properly stored.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven portfolio or showreel demonstrating professional product photography and videography skills (experience in e-commerce, Amazon listings, or tutorial content is highly preferred).
  • Brand Awareness: A strong, proven understanding of how to interpret and strictly follow Brand Guidelines (ensuring consistent lighting, framing, and visual style across different product ranges).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with camera systems, studio lighting setups, and industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop).
  • AI Tools (Preferable): An understanding of, or experience using, generative AI tools for creative workflow enhancement (e.g., Photoshop Generative Fill for background extensions, AI-assisted video editing, audio cleaning, or image upscaling).
  • Organisation: Excellent file management habits to ensure a team-accessible shared drive.
  • Communication: A collaborative mindset with the ability to confidently communicate timelines and asset delivery updates to cross-functional departments.

Benefits:

  • Canteen
  • Company events
  • Company pension
  • Cycle to work scheme
