Regional Property Photography Team Manager

Love photography? Love property? Ready to lead instead of follow? We are looking for an outstanding Area Manager to take charge of the entire North region, and this is a genuinely HUGE opportunity.

Imagine running your own patch, (The North) leading a team of around 11 photographers and 2 assistant managers, and being the go-to person for every estate agent branch in your area. No desk-bound routine. You will be out on the road, building relationships and making a real difference every single day.

What you will be doing

• Coaching, mentoring and inspiring your photographers to be the best they can be.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with estate agent branches and solving issues before they become problems.
• Keeping quality sky high across photography, floor plans, EPCs, video, drone and 3D scans.
• Running area operations, workloads and leave cover so everything runs like clockwork.
• Holding regular team meetings and quarterly health checks, and helping your photographers hit their income targets.
• Recruiting new photographers and leading your two assistant managers.
• Reporting on the performance of the North to head office each quarter.

What we are looking for

• A photography background. This is essential.
• Knowledge of property and estate agency is ideal.
• A natural leader who can coach, motivate and manage a team.
• A brilliant relationship builder who is confident with clients and photographers alike.
• Happy to be out on the road across the North region, with a full UK driving licence.
