Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Appointment Coordinator & Viewing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing appointment schedules and guiding them through viewing sessions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your organizational skills and excellent communication will ensure a seamless experience for every customer, helping us foster strong relationships and deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients efficiently, ensuring optimal use of studio time
  • Assist clients during viewing sessions, explaining products and packages clearly and confidently
  • Maintain an organised calendar of bookings, follow-ups, and client records
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or in-person to answer questions and provide updates
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow throughout the day
  • Manage administrative tasks such as data entry and appointment reminders
  • Support the studio’s overall customer service goals and targets by creating a positive, engaging environment

Qualifications
