Company Overview

The Idol Group is a lifestyle collective creating exceptional experiences across events, hospitality, design and creative ventures. We're passionate about building brands that stand out through creativity, authenticity and unforgettable experiences.

Summary

We're looking for a creative, energetic and ambitious Social Media Content Creator to join our growing marketing team.

This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who loves being behind the camera as much as behind the edit. You'll spend time capturing content across our portfolio of venues, cafés, restaurants and events, while working closely with our Content, Graphics & Social Executive to bring our brands to life across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
  • Edit high-quality reels, promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content consistency across platforms.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media channels by creating innovative campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate best practices.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
  • Ensure content reflects each brand's personality while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Help maintain content libraries and organise digital assets.

What we're looking for

  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and tools.
  • Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Confident filming both people and venues.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong editing skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suit is preferable but not necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working on-site, including evenings and weekends when required for events.
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable.
  • Experience in the hospitality or design industry is a plus.

Rather than telling us about your experience, show us. Please include a portfolio, social media links or examples of your photography, videography and editing work with your application.

At The Idol Group, we believe great talent isn't defined by what's written on paper. We value creativity, personality, attitude and individual style just as much as experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate, eager to learn and excited to be part of a creative team where ideas are encouraged and opportunities to grow are endless.

Pay: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company pension
  • On-site parking
