In-House Videographer & Content Creator

Blox Distribution is a fast-growing UK distributor specialising in premium Middle Eastern fragrance brands.

We hold exclusive UK distribution rights for some of the largest and most respected Arabian fragrance houses, supplying retailers nationwide while continuing to expand our presence across e-commerce, social media and digital marketplaces.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Videographer & Content Creator to join our team.

The Role

This is not a desk-based role.

Working alongside our marketing and creative team, you will be responsible for filming and editing content across our portfolio of brands, helping bring campaigns, product launches and creator collaborations to life.

You will create content for social media, paid advertising campaigns, websites and digital marketing channels while helping shape the visual identity of some of the most exciting fragrance brands in the industry.

This role will also include opportunities to travel across the UK and internationally for content shoots, supplier visits, industry events and brand activations.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft. Strong editing, colour grading and attention to detail are essential, as you'll be responsible for producing content that reflects the premium positioning of the brands we represent.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality video content across multiple brands
• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Meta and other digital platforms
• Edit content for both organic social media and paid advertising campaigns
• Capture product launches, creator collaborations, events and behind-the-scenes content
• Work alongside influencers, presenters and content creators during shoots
• Follow creative briefs provided by the marketing and creative teams
• Organise and maintain video assets and project files
• Ensure all content is delivered to a consistently high standard and on schedule
• Support the wider marketing team with content production when required

Requirements

• Experience filming and editing professional video content
• Advanced editing skills with strong attention to pacing, storytelling and detail
• Excellent colour correction and colour grading abilities
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent software
• Understanding of short-form content and social media platforms
• Strong eye for composition, lighting and visual aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Desirable Skills

• Photography experience
• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Experience creating content for consumer, luxury, beauty or e-commerce brands
• Experience working with creators, influencers or on-camera talent
