Senior Videographer & Editor
Salary: £ 35, 000-40,000 per year
Location: Peterborough HQ
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Videographer & Editor to join one of the UK’s fastest‑growing entrepreneurial brands. This position is ideal for a highly skilled creative professional who wants to take ownership of end‑to‑end video production within a dynamic, high-performance business environment.
Working directly with Joseph Valente – an 8‑figure entrepreneur, investor, winner of BBC’s The Apprentice, and founder of Trade Mastermind, Millionaire Mastermind and the Unfinished Business documentary series – you will play a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity and driving forward an ambitious content strategy. The role offers daily opportunities to produce engaging video content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and long‑form documentary formats.
As Senior Videographer & Editor, you will be responsible for planning, filming and editing a wide variety of content, including behind‑the‑scenes footage, business events, interviews, training programmes, vlogs and brand storytelling pieces. You will manage full production workflows, from concept and filming to final delivery, ensuring content is produced to a consistently high standard and meets fast turnaround expectations. You will collaborate closely with marketing, branding and leadership teams to deliver content that supports commercial goals and strengthens brand presence.
Creative direction will form a key part of the role. You will develop new content formats, contribute ideas to expand reach and engagement, and maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of digital trends and platform performance. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing all technical aspects of video shoots, directing on‑camera talent, and ensuring high-quality audio, lighting, and visual output. The role may occasionally require flexible working hours to capture real-time business activity and event footage.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced filming and video editing skills, with experience in documentary-style content, social media content and fast-paced production environments. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is essential. You should have strong storytelling instincts, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to produce visually compelling, narrative-driven content. Experience creating dynamic, engaging video content in line with current industry standards, particularly within fast-paced, media-focused or entrepreneurial settings, is highly desirable.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
In return, you will be part of an ambitious, supportive and creatively driven team, with access to modern production equipment and facilities. The business offers a positive working environment, ongoing personal development opportunities, regular company events, an on-site gym, subsidised canteen options, wellbeing initiatives, a company pension scheme and free on-site parking. This is a unique opportunity to take a senior creative role within a rapidly growing organisation and contribute to a brand with national visibility and significant future expansion.
