DEVELOP YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY CAREER

WHAT YOU'LL EARN £26,500 basic salary

PLUS up to £6,000 annual bonus

Additional earning opportunities include:

• Performance bonus
• Commission
• Annual bonus scheme

For applicants aged 20 and under, the salary is £22,600.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Your role will be varied, creative and customer-focused.

You'll:

- Photograph families, children, newborns and pets

- Create creative, personality-led portraits
- Edit and professionally retouch your images using Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop
- Present clients with their photographs in our bespoke cinema/viewing room
- Help clients select beautiful wall art for their homes
- Speak with customers before their shoot and prepare them for their experience
- Meet and greet clients
- Build genuine rapport and create an exceptional customer experience

- Work closely with the wider studio team

There is an element of sales, but this is consultative and experience-led rather than hard selling.

You'll receive training and support to help you become confident in this part of the role.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for interview, you must have:

At least 1 years' studio portrait photography experience
Basic level experience using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Experience photographing people in a studio environment
A positive, hard-working attitude
Experience working with children is highly desirable
Experience with newborn photography is highly desirable
The ability to work weekends
The ability to reliably commute to our studios, ideally within approximately 30 minutes
Full UK working rights and close to MAIDSTONE

We specifically want to see examples of:

• Studio portraiture
• Family photography
• Children's photography
• Newborn photography
• Pet photography

Your portfolio can be a website, online gallery, social media page or image-hosting platform.

WORKING PATTERN

Full-time | Permanent

8-hour shifts

Tuesday–Friday + one weekend day
