Content Creator

Haute Dolci is a luxury dessert restaurant brand operating across 19 locations throughout the UK. Renowned for delivering an upscale dessert dining experience, Haute Dolci offers an indulgent menu featuring signature waffles, crepes, sundaes, milkshakes, and sharing platters, all served in a premium, contemporary setting.

As the brand continues to expand, we are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator Apprentice to help showcase the Haute Dolci experience across our digital channels.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator Apprentice to join our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social media, photography, videography, and digital content to gain hands-on experience within a fast-growing luxury hospitality brand.

As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will support the creation and delivery of engaging content across our social media channels, helping to bring our brand to life through compelling visuals and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of content calendars and campaign shoots.
  • Write engaging captions, social media copy, and short-form content that aligns with the brand's tone of voice.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content at Haute Dolci restaurant locations across the UK.
  • Monitor social media engagement and contribute creative ideas based on trends, insights, and performance data.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with maintaining a consistent and premium visual identity across all social media channels.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

  • Proficiency with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  • Basic photo and video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • An understanding of current content trends and the digital marketing landscape.

Personal Qualities

  • Creative, visually minded, and passionate about digital content creation.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the confidence to bring forward new ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and open to constructive feedback.
  • Enthusiastic about the Haute Dolci brand and the luxury food, hospitality, and lifestyle sector.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Occasional weekend work may be required during busy campaign periods to capture content at peak trading times within our restaurants. Any additional hours worked at weekends will be provided as time off in lieu (TOIL).

Future Progression

This apprenticeship provides a strong foundation for a career in digital marketing and content creation. High-performing apprentices can progress into a Junior Content Creator or Content Creator role, with opportunities to take ownership of social media platforms and campaigns. As Haute Dolci continues to expand across the UK, there is potential to progress into Brand Marketing, Creative, or Marketing Leadership positions.

Benefits

  • Staff discount.

  • Hands-on experience working within a growing luxury hospitality brand.
  • Ongoing mentoring and professional development.

Entry Requirements
