Job Title: Photography Team Member (Heavy Travel / Freelance)

Location: On the Road (UK-Wide / Pick-ups near Birmingham)

Pay: Freelance £15,400.00 – £38,000.00 per year (plus expenses)

THE REALITY OF THIS ROLE: 100% TRAVEL & LIFE ON THE ROAD. Let’s be completely clear: if you want a local 9-to-5 office or shop job, this is NOT for you.

This role requires living on the road for extended periods. You will be travelling constantly across the entire UK—from Aberdeen to Aberystwyth, Edinburgh to Exeter.

· Continuous Away Stays: You must genuinely enjoy being away from home for long stretches, living out of hotels, and working on multi-day event tours.

· Fully Covered Expenses: Travel, hotel stays, and food are paid for/subsidised by us.

· Logistics: You only use your personal car to get to a local team pickup point near Birmingham. From there, we provide company transport for all onward travel.

· 100% Willingness to Travel: Zero hesitation about long-term travel or extended stays away from home.

· Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence and reliable access to your own vehicle (to reach local pickup points).
