This is an exciting opportunity for a creative media professional who is passionate about videography, photography, and post-production. You'll assist the creation of engaging content across the UK and Ireland, capturing real stories from our stores, teams, and franchise network while helping to produce high-quality visual content that supports training, internal communications, and brand initiatives.
Whether you're behind the camera, editing footage, colour grading, managing media assets, or supporting productions on location, you'll play an important role in bringing our content to life.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting video and photography shoots across the UK and Ireland.
- Capturing high-quality video and still imagery in a variety of locations.
- Assisting with shoot preparation, including camera, lighting and audio setup.
- Editing video and photography content to meet creative and brand standards.
- Applying colour correction, basic grading and audio enhancement techniques.
- Organising and managing media assets and project files.
- Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Learning & Development and Internal Communications.
- Helping deliver engaging content on time and to a high standard.
What we're looking for
- Experience capturing and editing professional video content.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom.
- Confidence operating professional camera equipment, ideally within the Sony ecosystem.
- An understanding of composition, lighting, visual storytelling and production workflows.
- Basic colour grading and audio mixing skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A current portfolio showcasing your recent work.
What will make you stand out
- Experience creating both short-form and long-form content.
- Photography experience alongside videography skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop your craft.
- Creative thinking and a passion for producing engaging visual content.
Why join us?
You'll become part of a growing in-house production team with the opportunity to work on diverse projects, travel across the UK and Ireland, and create content seen by thousands of colleagues and franchise partners.
