Full job description

Overview
We're a fast-growing creator management agency and we need someone to own our AI video pipeline end-to-end. This isn't a production VA role — it's a lead engineering position. You'll audit what we have, identify the gaps, bring in better tools where needed, and build a system our VA team can run at scale with minimal bottlenecks.

Speed and output volume are our priority. We need to go from slow and manual to fast, repeatable, and scalable — and you'll be the person who gets us there.

Duties

  • Fully automated video generation pipeline
  • Model-specific LoRAs for consistent creator styles
  • Scalable workflows the VA team can execute
  • GPU cost optimisation on RunPod
  • QC checkpoints and output standards
  • SOPs and documentation for the team

Experience

  • Deep hands-on experience with ComfyUI node workflows
  • Experience training and deploying LoRAs at scale
  • Strong understanding of GPU provisioning and cost
  • Ability to evaluate and adopt new tools quickly
  • Systems thinker — you build for others to run
  • Portfolio of AI video work is required

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
