From CGI animations to interactive 3D experiences and serious games, our work enables companies to bring their products to life through immersive applications and real-time 3D experiences.

As a growing team, we offer graduates the opportunity to work on real-world creative projects, develop their skills across the 3D production pipeline, and contribute to meaningful work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

As a Graduate 3D Generalist, you'll collaborate day-to-day as part of a small, growing team of 3D generalists and software engineers to create visual content that supports our immersive applications, animations, and real-time 3D experiences. You'll gain exposure to different stages of the 3D production pipeline while developing your skills through real project work.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with 3D generalists and software engineers to integrate visual content into interactive and real-time experiences
  • Contribute across the 3D production pipeline, including modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering
  • Support the development and improvement of workflows, pipelines, and processes that enable efficient project delivery
  • Ensure your work is well-organised, clearly documented, and aligned with team standards
  • Test, review, and refine your work based on feedback to improve quality and consistency
  • Create and contribute to documentation, tutorials, and guides to support knowledge sharing across the team
  • Develop your skills by working with a range of tools and techniques on real projects, with ongoing support from the team

Key Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience across core areas of the 3D pipeline, including modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, or animation
  • Understanding of composition, lighting, and visual quality
  • A portfolio demonstrating your work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with texturing and material creation tools (e.g. Substance Painter)
  • Experience with post-production tools (e.g. Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience working with real-time engines (e.g. Unity, Unreal Engine)
  • Exposure to additional 3D areas such as rigging, simulation, or scripting
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git, Subversion, etc)
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Familiarity with immersive technologies such as VR, AR, or interactive experiences
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and ability to adapt to changing project needs

Nice to Have (Optional):

  • Experience with architectural or product visualisation, including high-quality rendering and lighting techniques

Education:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field can be beneficial, but we are primarily interested in your portfolio, skills, and attitude.
