The job in a nutshell

We’re looking for a hands-on Studio Manager to lead The Studio – our in-house content and creative team.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, digital-first content and campaigns across channels including email, social, and video, while running the studio day-to-day.

You’ll manage a small team of content creators, designers and a videographer/photographer, owning workflow, resourcing, and production. You’ll also work closely with marketing to bring campaigns to life – ensuring content is delivered efficiently, on brand, and fit for purpose across channels.

This is a practical, delivery-focused role with real ownership of output and operations and ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative input with getting things done.

Who you will work with

Internal: Marketing, Buying and Events teams, plus Private Client Advisers

External: Freelancers (design, content, video, copy), Printers and marketing material suppliers (POS, packaging, event materials), Creative, content or production agencies where required

Key responsibilities

Studio leadership & team management

  • Lead and support a small in-house creative team (content, design, video/photography)
  • Set priorities, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of outputs
  • Provide day-to-day direction, feedback, and quality control
  • Manage end-to-end campaign production — from briefing through to final delivery
  • Oversee content creation across social, digital, and campaign assets
  • Plan and manage content calendars in collaboration with marketing

Workflow & resourcing

  • Own studio workflow, processes, and prioritisation
  • Allocate resource across projects, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Identify when to bring in external support and manage freelancers where needed
  • Manage small-scale shoots and production where required
  • Build and maintain a light roster of freelancers (design, content, production)
  • Ensure external partners deliver against brief, budget, and timelines
  • Partner closely with marketing leads to translate briefs into deliverable creative output
  • Contribute to campaign planning and execution (not just delivery)
  • Ensure consistency of brand across all channels and touchpoints

Budget management

  • Manage a modest studio and production budget
  • Track spend across shoots, freelancers, and production
  • Ensure cost-effective delivery, maximising in-house capabilities

What we’re looking for

Experience

  • Experience in a Studio Manager, Production Manager, or Creative Operations role
  • Proven track record delivering content-led campaigns in-house or agency-side
  • Experience managing small teams and external freelancers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
  • Experience working in premium, luxury or lifestyle brands, or within the wine & spirits industry is advantageous

Skills

  • Strong project management and workflow planning skills
  • Confident managing multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of digital content production (email, social, video, web)
  • Working knowledge of print production and marketing collateral
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering cost effective solutions

Creative capability

  • Some hands-on design or creative skills (e.g. Adobe Creative suite)
  • A strong eye for design, content, and brand consistency
  • Comfortable stepping in to support or elevate output where needed

Software, tools & ways of working

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects or Premiere a plus)
  • Experience with content creation tools for digital channels (email platforms, social tools, CMS)
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Trello or similar)
  • Comfortable managing digital asset workflows and libraries
  • Awareness of how AI tools can support content creation, production efficiency, and workflow optimisation (e.g. ideation, content adaptation, image/video support – applied practically rather than theoretically)

Personal attributes

  • Highly organised, proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Collaborative and pragmatic, with a “roll your sleeves up” approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
  • Practical and hands-on approach
  • Balances creative standards with delivery and deadlines
  • Strong communicator, able to work across creative and marketing teams

We support our colleagues with a wide range of benefits: you will start with 24 days' holiday, and 3 additional days over the Christmas period and 1 Personal Day, Private Medical cover & Health plan, Life Insurance, Pension, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), generous Employee discount (up to 40% off products), and many more.

Closing date: 31st August 2026

N.B. We reserve the right to close a vacancy before the closing date in the event of an overwhelming response or a change in business priorities.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London SW1A 1EF
