Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Retail Photo Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our store, responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by assisting with photo sessions and ensuring excellent guest services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for management, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to a positive and engaging environment for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance throughout their visit
• Manage the photo station, ensuring equipment is functioning correctly and ready for use
• Guide guests through the photo-taking process, offering support and suggestions to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the photo area to ensure a welcoming environment
• Handle guest inquiries professionally, addressing any concerns or questions promptly
• Support management in daily operations and guest engagement activities
• Assist in organising appointments or scheduling sessions as needed
• Uphold health and safety standards in line with company policies

Experience

• Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
• Experience working in a customer-facing role with a focus on delivering excellent service
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Enthusiasm for creating positive guest experiences and working as part of a team

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
