Job Overview

Imagethirst family photography is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, experienced photographic studio manager for their central London studio in W1.

Established in 2002, we are the official photographers for the Portland hospital for women and children and over the past 24 years we’ve photographed precious memories for thousands of families, offering annual shoots and building relationships -some of our babies from 26 years ago we are now photographing their weddings!

The ideal candidate would be someone from a photography and sales background with excellent organisational and customer service skills with previous management experience.

A photography, or marketing degree a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities include photography, training and coaching, leading day to day operations, 5* client experience and reviews, managing budgets, schedules and sales target performance.

The role is full time and will include 4 weekend days a month.

Starting salary 40k with bonuses.
You’ll work with the directors initially, for the right candidate this role is designed to evolve into a full time GM position with company share options (OTE 60-75k+)
