We are recruiting on behalf of one of our employer partners based in the beautiful Lake District town of Ambleside (LA22) who is looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing activities while working towards a nationally recognised Marketing Apprenticeship qualification. You'll learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable skills that will prepare you for a successful career in the marketing industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Marketing Apprentice, you will support the business's marketing activities and help promote its products and services. Duties may include:

• Assisting with social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Creating engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
• Updating website content and ensuring information remains accurate.
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metrics.
• Conducting market and competitor research.
• Assisting with photography, video content, and promotional activities.
• Supporting customer engagement initiatives and brand awareness campaigns.
• Helping maintain marketing databases and customer records.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and develop their marketing skills.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with an interest in digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organisational and time management skills.

Desirable:

• Experience using social media platforms for personal, educational, or voluntary projects.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or content creation tools.

Entry Requirements:

• GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred.
• A genuine interest in marketing, communications, digital media, or business.
• Eligible to undertake an apprenticeship in England.
