Job Summary

We are an established e-commerce and wholesale business selling a wide range of household, kitchen, storage, cleaning, stationery and everyday consumer products.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Junior E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to help manage and grow our online sales channels.

This is a hands-on role covering our Shopify website, eBay, Temu, Joybuy and other online marketplaces, as well as influencer marketing, social media and digital marketing.

We are particularly interested in someone who enjoys learning new platforms, analysing online sales performance and finding new ways to grow products and brands online.

Duties

• Manage and regularly update our Shopify website
• Manage product listings and day-to-day activity on eBay, Temu, Joybuy and other marketplaces
• Research and recommend new marketplaces and online sales channels
• Help improve website traffic, conversion rate and online sales
• Manage product promotions, discount campaigns and seasonal offers
• Carry out basic SEO and keyword research
• Develop our influencer marketing programme
• Research suitable TikTok, Instagram and YouTube influencers and content creators
• Contact influencers and negotiate product collaborations
• Arrange product samples for creators and monitor campaigns
• Track influencer performance using discount codes, links, traffic and sales
• Assist with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social-media activity
• Help coordinate product photography, videos and other marketing content
• Work with designers to produce marketplace and social-media creatives
• Assist with email marketing and customer-retention campaigns
• Monitor website and marketplace analytics
• Prepare weekly reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, marketing performance and recommended actions
• Stay up to date with marketplace trends, social-commerce opportunities and new digital-marketing tools
