As a Content Creator Level 3 apprentice in one of the UK's fastest-growing recruitment groups, working alongside ambitious, high-performing people who are passionate about raising the standard of the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our marketing team, you'll support the planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:

• Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business and YouTube
• Assisting with filming and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, launches, events and walkarounds)
• Supporting the production of longer-form YouTube content
• Writing engaging captions and social media copy
• Scheduling and managing content across social media platforms
• Monitoring trends and suggesting new content ideas
• Supporting lead generation campaigns and promotional activity
• Managing inbound enquiries through platforms such as WhatsApp Business and LinkedIn
• Creating graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Assisting with photography and basic image editing
• Helping produce marketing materials for online campaigns
• Supporting the development of creative concepts for product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Tracking social media growth and engagement
• Monitoring marketing spends and campaign results
• Researching competitors and industry trends
• Supporting the wider marketing team with ongoing projects
