We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities.
Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you will support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that promote our brands, services, and expertise. You'll gain experience in digital marketing, social media management, website updates, content creation, event coordination, internal communications, and campaign reporting, while developing valuable marketing and business skills. Alongside your marketing responsibilities, you will also provide administrative support where required to help ensure the smooth running of the Head Office and regional teams.
The successful candidate will been rolled on a relevant Marketing Apprenticeship, providing the opportunity to combine practical experience with recognised professional qualifications.
You’ll be joining a growing company at an exciting time, supporting the rapidly expanding housebuilding sector and working for an Investors in People Platinum employer.
As a young, dynamic, and forward-thinking business, we are committed to investing in our people and providing excellent career development opportunities for those who are ambitious and eager to progress.
Alongside a competitive salary, we offer an attractive bonus structure and a range of benefits including your birthday off, annual company trips, and private healthcare benefits that set us apart from many other civil engineering companies across the UK. As you develop your skills and demonstrate your progress, you will also have the opportunity to receive quarterly salary increases, linked to regular performance reviews throughout your apprenticeship. Our open-plan office environment encourages collaboration, teamwork, and the sharing of ideas, creating a workplace where people can thrive and achieve their full potential. Our standard working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with an early finish at 4:30 pm every Friday.
We’re not just looking for someone to fill a position; we’re looking for passionate individuals who enjoy overcoming challenges, take pride in their work, and want to be part of our continued success.
If you’re ready to develop your career with an ambitious and supportive company, we’d love to hear from you.
