Our West Yorkshire studio is looking for a well organised administrator/coordinator to work alongside our small team liaising with our multi-national clients and illustrators on a wide variety of high profile projects.

You will have exceptional admin skills and work well under pressure which allows you to thrive in a fast paced, creative environment . This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about the illustration industry and has the skills and temperament to excel in a multi-tasking role.

The Role will include:

• Assisting with processing client contracts and project admin forms.
• Managing projects independently and alongside the team from the beginning through to art deadline delivery.
• Ensuring briefs are sent to Illustrators efficiently with the right support.
• Managing multiple projects at the same time. Liaising with both client and illustrator alongside organising your own day to day office diary.
• Assisting the team with preparation for international trade fairs.
• Uploading images to websites, social media and e-marketing campaigns.
• Assisting with the preparation of the agency portfolio for presentations with clients.
• Responding to extensive email inquiries from around the world and finding solutions to requests as they happen.
• Research and absorbing news within the creative/illustration industry.

Essential skillset required :

Exceptional administrative, organisational and planning skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills .

Confident using Outlook, Excel and Adobe Creative cloud software.

Excellent time management skills.

Able to work under the pressure of deadlines and client enquiries.

Experienced in uploading images Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and blogs.

Essential technical skills :

Using an Apple iMac and software.

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Acrobat

Excel

Outlook emails

Salary : Negotiable, dependent on your experience and current skillset.
