PPC & Visual Content Marketing Executive

Concirdia Construction Group, support a range of group company's that provide construction related activities ranging from architecture, build, mechanical and electrical though to day to day maintenance and insurance works.

We are looking for a creative and proactive PPC & Visual Content Executive to support our growing digital marketing activities, with a strong focus on PPC and visual content creation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimising PPC campaigns. An eye for visual storytelling is essential with experience with the Adobe Suite a must. You must be confident producing high-quality content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns. Experience with all aspects of digital marketing including SEO and social media management and website design is a must, ideally on Wordpress Wix or Shopify.

This role is designed to complement and support the existing in-house Marketing Manager.

Main Responsibilities

PPC Management and Optimisation

· Manage and optimise multiple PPC accounts across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads

· Monitor campaign performance daily, managing budgets, bids, targeting, and overall account efficiency to achieve KPI targets

· Conduct keyword research, campaign optimisation, and A/B testing to improve click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend

· Produce weekly performance reports for management, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations for account improvements

· Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop strategy, create ad content, and ensure campaigns align with wider marketing objectives

Digital Marketing Support

· SEO optimised content production

· Support general marketing activities and campaign coordination

· Support content production across digital platforms

· Website design and optimisation

· Creating and editing images to a professional standard for website and social media

Essential Skills

· Experience running or managing PPC and Google Ad campaigns

· Experience editing and optimising images using the Adobe Creative Suite

· 1+ year experience in a digital marketing role or relevant qualification

· A general understanding of marketing practices including SEO and website design (Wordpress, Wix or Shopify)

· Strong photography skills with the ability to capture and edit high-quality marketing content

Desirable Skills

· Videography or short-form video editing experience

· Understanding of social media content strategy

· Google Analytics knowledge

· Experience and knowledge of paid Meta Ads
