Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Reporting to: Managing Director

For over 25 years, NBK has specialised in the design, supply and installation of beautifully crafted kitchens, bathrooms and complete home renovation/building projects. As the largest independent retailer and installer across Norfolk and North Suffolk, we pride ourselves on exceptional design, award-winning customer service and fully managed installations.

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing & Social Media Manager to help showcase our work, strengthen our brand and generate high-quality customer enquiries.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, keeping our website fresh and helping to ensure NBK remains one of the region's leading home improvement companies.

The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, enjoy creating high-quality visual content and understand how digital marketing contributes to business growth. You must also be confident with direct client engagement and must be able to manage those interactions well.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media

• Plan and manage content across Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn .
• Create engaging posts, stories and reels.
• Photograph and film completed kitchen, bathroom and renovation projects.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content from installations and showroom activity.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Grow audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Help grow social media followers and engagement

Content Creation

• Produce professional photography and video content.
• Edit videos for social media and website use.
• Write engaging captions, blogs and marketing copy.
• Develop customer case studies and project features.
• Coordinate customer testimonials and reviews.

Website

• Keep the website updated with new projects and content.
• Upload blogs and optimise pages.
• Ensure imagery remains current and professionally presented.

Digital Marketing

• Assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic and marketing performance.
• Support Google Business Profile updates.
• Assist with SEO improvements.
• Help manage paid social campaigns where appropriate.
• Correspond with digital companies for projects where needed.

Brand & Marketing

• Ensure all marketing reflects the NBK brand.
• Work with suppliers on promotional opportunities.
• Help develop new marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Ensure internal customer documentation is reviewed regularly

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Content creation experience.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Experience editing video for social media.
• Excellent written English.
• A good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite/other design platforms.
• Knowledge of WordPress or similar website platforms.
• Good understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• A creative eye and attention to detail.
• Confidence in working independently.
• Ability to represent a company and engage with clients / end users

Experience within interiors, construction, kitchens, bathrooms and or luxury retail would be advantageous.
