About The Aesthetics Doctor

The Aesthetics Doctor is a doctor-led aesthetics clinic founded by an NHS GP and award-winning aesthetics doctor.

Our flagship clinic is based in Mayfair, London, with additional clinics in Leeds and Cheshire. We are a growing business with an increasingly strong presence within the aesthetics industry.

The Medical Director is actively involved in clinical practice, education, industry events, presentations, media and social media. The clinic is also continuing to develop its digital presence, with a growing focus on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.

We are looking for a creative and organised Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to join our team and help capture the people, treatments and work behind the brand.

About the Role

This is a hands-on content role based primarily at our Mayfair clinic.

You will work closely with our Marketing Lead and be responsible for filming, photography and editing across our digital channels. This will include filming and editing YouTube videos, interviews, educational content and podcasts, as well as creating short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

You will capture content across the clinic, including treatments, before-and-after results, patient journeys, educational content, events, team content and behind-the-scenes footage.

The successful candidate will have a strong eye for visual quality and understand how to create content that feels professional, polished and aligned with a premium aesthetics brand.

We are open to experienced candidates as well as talented junior candidates who have a strong portfolio and can demonstrate genuine ability in filming and editing.

Key Responsibilities

Filming & Content Creation

• Film high-quality video and photography within the clinic.
• Film and edit YouTube videos, interviews, educational content and podcasts.
• Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Stories.
• Capture treatments, patient journeys, before-and-after results, events and behind-the-scenes content.
• Film doctors, clinicians and members of the wider team.
• Support filming at events, launches and occasional off-site locations.
• Use smartphones and professional camera equipment confidently.

Editing

• Edit YouTube and longer-form video content.
• Edit Reels, TikToks and other short-form content.
• Repurpose longer-form footage into shorter social media content.
• Select suitable footage, music, transitions, graphics and subtitles.
• Create Reel covers, YouTube thumbnails and other social media assets.
• Maintain high standards across framing, lighting, colour, audio and overall presentation.
• Organise footage and digital assets effectively.
• Deliver content within agreed deadlines.

Marketing Support

• Work closely with the Marketing Lead to deliver creative briefs and content plans.
• Support content for campaigns, events, launches and clinic activity.
• Keep up to date with relevant YouTube, Instagram and TikTok formats and trends.
• Support the wider marketing function with additional creative and administrative tasks when required.

Patient & Clinic Content

• Handle patient and clinic content professionally and confidentially.
• Follow all patient consent and privacy requirements.
• Capture before-and-after photography and treatment content to a high standard.
• Work professionally around patients and clinical procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in video filming and content creation.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Experience filming and editing YouTube and longer-form content.
• Experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your filming, editing and photography skills.
• Experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
• Confident using smartphones and professional camera equipment.
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition and audio.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
• Previous experience within aesthetics, beauty or skincare is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow creative briefs and take direction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Professional, reliable and proactive approach.
• Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Comfortable working in a busy clinic environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative, reliable and organised, with a genuine interest in creating high-quality digital content.

You should be able to take a brief, work independently and deliver content to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.

You will also need to be comfortable receiving direction and feedback from the Marketing Lead and adapting content where required.

A strong interest in aesthetics, beauty, skincare and premium lifestyle content would be an advantage.
