Job Overview

E–commerce Listing & Product Photography Assistant

Vacancies Available: 2 Positions

About Us:

We are a fast-moving retail and e-commerce business operating right out of Coatbridge. We are launching an intensive digital cataloguing project to process, photograph, and list a backlog of approximately 3,500 inventory items across our online sales channels. We are seeking two energetic, tech-savvy team players to hit the ground running immediately.

The Role & Workflow:

You will work closely as a 2-person team inside our office to operate an efficient e-commerce production line. One team member will focus heavily on product styling and digital photography, while the other will spearhead bulk uploading. Both individuals will use advanced Crosslist multichannel software to automate and accelerate the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Prep & Photography: Prepare items and take bright, clear, and uniform commercial product photos using our dedicated studio lighting and equipment.
  • Digital Image Management: Quickly crop, resize, and store digital assets in structured team folders.
  • Multichannel Listing Automation: Utilize Crosslist software to input stock data, write search-friendly titles, and build master listing profiles.
  • Bulk Deployment: Simultaneously push processed inventory live onto Shopify, Vinted, and Depop via the Crosslist dashboard.
  • Inventory Quality Control: Physically tag and move items orderly from the "unprocessed" zone to the "completed" storage bays.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent IT Literacy: Complete comfort operating smartphone photography apps, cloud storage (Google Drive/OneDrive), and web-based applications.
  • E-Commerce Familiarity: Previous personal or professional experience buying/selling on platforms like Shopify, Vinted, Depop, or eBay is highly beneficial.
  • Speed & Accuracy: Ability to maintain data accuracy and keep a steady pace in a target-driven, production-line environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to maintain a smooth hand-off system between photography and data upload.

Benefits:

  • Fully on-site role with a friendly local team.
  • Hands-on experience with cutting-edge e-commerce listing automation tools.
  • Weekly pay structure.
