Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and optimise images for our website and online marketplaces.
  • Upload new products to our website with complete and accurate descriptions.
  • Upload and manage listings across external sales platforms.
  • Remove sold products promptly from all platforms.
  • Maintain and update product information, ensuring all specifications and pricing are accurate.
  • Monitor website stock levels and identify gaps in inventory.
  • Work closely with the buying and sales teams to ensure products are listed quickly and correctly.
  • Ensure the website remains organised, up to date and visually consistent.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control across all online listings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, product listing or website management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple online platforms.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Experience within the luxury goods or watch industry would be advantageous but is not essential.

What We Offer

  • Full-time office-based role in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne.
  • Opportunity to join one of the UK’s growing luxury watch businesses.
  • Work with some of the world’s most prestigious watch brands.
  • Friendly and supportive team environment.
  • Career progression opportunities as the business continues to expand.

If you have a passion for creating exceptional product presentations, thrive in a fast-moving environment and take pride in accuracy and organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
