Join a dynamic luxury ceramic art studio as a Creative Administrative Studio Assistant within our small, friendly team! In this vibrant role, you will be the heartbeat of our creative space, seamlessly blending administrative expertise with a passion for art and design. Your energetic approach will help keep our studio organized and efficient, and your creative side will work with the team, helping to design complex art installations and creating gorgeous photography and content. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of high-end ceramics while honing your creative and administrative skills.

Duties

This role is to complete a large variety of studio tasks, including:

Administrative tasks such as:

-Answering emails and assisting customers

-Preparing quotations and working out costs for complex art installations

-Managing online sales using various online platforms as well as via email

-Liasing with the production studio to coordinate orders

-Creating invoices for customers

-Packaging orders and managing dispatch

-Managing and ordering stock of necessary supplies.

Creative tasks such as:

-Taking photographs and videos with a DSLR camera and iphone

-Designing layouts for artwork and helping to design complex art installations

-Brainstorming ideas

Social media tasks such as:

- creating content for Instagram posts

-using pinterest,

-creating blog posts and mailouts

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Experience of using Photoshop

Experience of using a DSLR camera

Experience of using Social media

Strong typing ability

An interest in new technology and AI tools

Experience of using online marketplaces as a seller

Experience of using a CRM system

Excellent maths and English ability

Genuine interest in art and interior design

Experience of dealing with customers online

Creative ability and an excellent eye for design

A helpful, can do attitude

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Impeccable email etiquette and a careful nature with excellent attention to detail

This is a super varied, complex and busy role, so a methodical and calm nature, and excellent organisational skills are a must.

Hours are full time Mon-Fri

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
